All items shipped worth $100 or more are insured through the shipping service used. If the item is damaged during shipping, it is imperative that you contact us immediately with pictures of the shipping damage so that we can open a damage claim and work on your refund. It is important that you do not attempt to fix the item yourself or completely remove it from its packaging as this can result in our claim being denied. Additionally, all free shipping items are shipped only to the continental 48 lower United States. Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed and must be paid through a separate invoice prior to shipping.
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee that will not be refunded unless the return is due to an excluded issue, i.e. wrong item being delivered, damaged product or item not as described. Additionally, unless the return is due to an excluded issue listed above, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Furthermore, if an item returned was purchased with free shipping, the buyer will not be refunded the original shipping costs of the item and a copy of the original shipping receipt will be provided.
